Pricing FAQ

Common questions.

Anything else? Contact us.

What counts as a bank payment?

A payment the customer approved in their bank and that returned a successful status to Paydot. Each one costs €0.29, whatever the amount.

Is the fee really the same on a large invoice?

Yes. Paydot never takes a percentage of the amount. A €1,500 invoice costs €0.29 to receive.

Are there chargebacks?

Bank payments are approved by the customer in their own bank and have no card-style chargeback mechanism. Refunds remain your decision.
