Designed around the bank

Familiar steps.
Fewer details to enter.

The customer uses the bank they already know. Paydot starts the request, then brings the returned payment status back to the business.

Authenticate with the bank

Approval uses the authentication method provided by the customer’s bank. Paydot never asks for a bank password or one-time code.

No Paydot account needed

Customers can complete the payment without creating another payment account or remembering another password.

No card form

There is no card number to type into Paydot. The customer chooses their bank and continues to its approval flow.

Their bank, their choice

Customers choose from the participating banks available for the payment in their market.

Paydot’s role

Paydot provides the payment experience.

Paydot provides the web interface connecting a customer to their account-holding bank. Payment initiation services are provided by Plaid B.V.

Paydot is not a bank or payment service provider, and does not hold or transfer customer funds. Availability depends on participating banks and markets.
